i really want to get back into this blogging business – i’ve got alot going on and don’t even know where to begin – so i’m gonna jot down some ideas to keep me rolling.

Friends –

I’m starting to actually realise how important buddies are… i’ve known it for as long as i can remember but it’s all coming into play as of recently when i’ve started making some wonderful new ones, embraced past ones and became aware that not all friendships last or at least can feel like their ending sometimes.

Dunedin –

My Mother and her husband have recently moved to Dunedin … having my Mum move out of home at the start of this year (role reversal??-_- no good) was really sad for me. She is such a gorgeous woman and her daily apperance in my life has been missed sorely. We had lots of routines and i can’t wait to revisit some of our much loved routines.

tattoo –

i finally got a tattoo! my brother bought me a voucher for my birthday to do so and i did! it was super painful but I’m freakin happy with the result…this is what i got – it’s a Henri Matisse painting (which i only realised today!) and i have got it done in a peachy / nudie colour so it almost just looks like a bright scar.

I’m very pleased with my choice.

purchases –

I’ve had alot of fun recently spending money. i’m living rent free for the moment and am absolutly in no way saving (yikes) and in some big ways i am spending – alot.

here’s my bank statement as of end of Mayish. yikes ! actually doing this has made me realise how much i spend on food! i needa stop that – more homemade lunches…but as you can see, I’ve made some very exciting purchases / laybuys … i figured i do i while i can…and at some point i’ll start saving. when i have something to save for?

i can’t wait to move out and i think living out of home (i’m bunking with Max at the mo) you really are a bit wiser with cash. but it’s all cool.
